課程概述

本課程將針對與動物產品相關之微生物進行介紹，並對當前該領域之研究策略進行討論。
 

課程目標
 課程將以相關之最新學術論文為主，進行發展趨勢之綜合討論，以正確掌握現今動物產品微生物之研究與發展方向，培養學生從事獨立研究所須之能力及基本知識。
